For many people who tend to hold that extra weight around their middle they may find themselves at greater risk for obesity related health problems like diabetes.
Changing your diet and lifestyle to include healthier foods and more exercise it the best solution. You need to eat fruits and vegetables and start exercising more. Quit living a sedimentary life.
Carbohydrates need to be chosen wisely. You need to avoid simple carbs that burn very quickly and eat complex carbs like whole grains.
